Shipping Information:

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Rates:

We offer standard shipping rates for all orders within the UK. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We occasionally offer promotions with discounted or free shipping, so be sure to check our website for any ongoing offers.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or postal delays.

International Shipping:

European Tracked Delivery: 7-15 working days 

International Tracked Delivery: 7-15 working days 

Free International Shipping for orders over £100 (7-15 working days tracked)

All orders are subject to 1-3 days processing time (excluding weekends and holidays) please note that during busier times in the year such as Black Friday and Christmas, orders may take up to 5 to 7 workings days to be shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email shortly after containing your tracking number which will show confirmation of delivery once delivered.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address during checkout, as we cannot alter any incorrect addresses once your order has been shipped to the address entered. If in the instance, an order is return back to us, a charge will be applied for postage and packaging for the order to be resent back to the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WaterBottles4You. If for any reason you are not happy with your water bottle, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return Policy: If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.

Exchange Policy: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that your water bottle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether it involves a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Taxes and Duties: For international orders , you may incur custom duties and taxes levied by the destination country. Waterbottles4you is not responsible for any custom charges if applied, as we have no control and cannot be held liable if these charges occur. The customer of the shipment will be responsible for any import fees if applied at customs.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If you have no received your order within 10 working days of the date on which you ordered, please send us an email on waterbottles4you@consultant.com and we will look into it for you.
