To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Initiate the refund process by reaching out to our customer service team. Upon approval, we'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please securely package and ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it for eligibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
